hermit crabs

 hermit crabs make really good pets as long as you treat them right. Think before you buy one, set up a complete crabitat before here are all of the things you need

        *a tank or terrarium at least 10 gallons
        *extra shells (non-painted)
        *2 shallow water bowls 1 for salt and 1 for fresh water
        *another shallow bowl or large clam shell
        *a little hut or somthing like it to hide in
        *stuff to climb on
        * 2 natural sea sponges to put in the water
        *and enough coco dirt or sand for them to dig and have at least an inch over them
they can also eat other things like
melon,apples,mangos,peanut butter,some kinds of baby food,carrots,rattish,unsweeted rasins and shaved coconut.
